Refund policy
Cancellation & Modification Policy:
Your order is only eligible to be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
If you change your mind about your purchase or need anything to be modified, please send us an email ASAP to support@seeminglyobsessed.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
30 Days Returns Warranty:
Because your items are specifically printed just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product at support@seeminglyobsessed.com. We will work with you to get your item reprinted or the correct item sent to you.
We will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your email to process the solution.
Lost & Missing Orders
If you haven't received any updates on your order for over 10 days, please let us know by email. We will investigate the issue to find out why the shipment is delayed. If we determine that the order is lost because of our mistake, we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund.
However, please keep in mind that we cannot take responsibility if the order isn't delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses/forwards it.
If the tracking says delivered, and you don't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door, or any other places the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report losses to the post office or police station. Seemingly Obsessed is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
